Ruben Alcañiz ("we", "our", or "us"), an independent game developer based in Spain, respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected, how it is used and what choices you have when you use any of our mobile games and related services (the "Games").
This policy applies to all mobile games published by Ruben Alcañiz on the Apple App Store and Google Play, including (among others) Puffy Sort, Super Arcade Soccer, Car Guys, Football In The Street, Traffic Madness, Fish World and Snitcher, as well as future titles. Not every Game uses every service described below: a Game only includes advertising, analytics or purchase features if those features are actually present in it. Where a specific store listing describes the data a Game collects (Apple's "App Privacy" card or Google Play's "Data safety" section), that listing reflects what that particular Game does.
When you play, the Games and the third-party services integrated in them may collect:
We do not ask for, and do not knowingly collect, information that directly identifies you, such as your name, postal address or phone number. We do not require an account to play. If you contact us by email, we will hold that email and its contents in order to reply to you.
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, we rely on:
The Games use services provided by other companies, which act as independent controllers or as our processors and are governed by their own privacy policies. Depending on the Game, these may include:
| Service | Purpose | Privacy policy |
|---|---|---|
| Unity Technologies — Unity engine, Unity LevelPlay (formerly ironSource) ad mediation, Unity Ads, Unity In-App Purchasing | Running the Game, serving and mediating ads, measuring ad revenue, validating purchases | unity.com/legal/privacy-policy |
| Google — Google AdMob, Google User Messaging Platform (consent), Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, Firebase Remote Config, Google Play Services and Google Play Billing | Serving ads, collecting consent, usage analytics, crash reporting, remote configuration, store and billing features | policies.google.com/privacy |
| Apple — App Store, StoreKit, App Tracking Transparency, SKAdNetwork | Store and billing features, tracking permission, privacy-preserving ad attribution | apple.com/legal/privacy |
| Third-party advertising networks connected through Unity LevelPlay mediation | Filling ad placements and measuring their performance | Listed in the mediation partner list at developers.is.com |
Some of these companies are based outside the EEA, including in the United States. Where personal data is transferred internationally, those transfers rely on the safeguards adopted by the relevant provider, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an applicable adequacy decision.
Our Games are free and are funded by advertising. Ads may be shown between levels, or offered as optional rewarded ads that you choose to watch in exchange for an in-game reward. Some Games also offer a paid option to remove ads.
Advertising can be personalised (selected using your advertising identifier and inferred interests) or non-personalised (selected using only coarse context such as country and the Game itself). Which one you get depends on your choices:
Declining tracking or personalisation does not remove ads and does not prevent you from playing.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal data held about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict its processing, to withdraw a consent you previously gave, to receive a copy of your data in a portable form, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information as those terms are used in California law. We do not sell personal information for money.
You can exercise these choices as follows:
Requests concerning data held by the third parties in section 4 may need to be addressed to them directly, and we will point you to the right place if so.
Our Games are general-audience titles. They are not directed to children under the age of 13, or under 16 where local law sets a higher age, and they are not listed in the Kids Category of the App Store or in Google Play's Designed for Families programme. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Analytics and crash data are retained by our providers for the periods they define — typically up to 14 months for aggregated analytics and shorter for crash reports — after which they are deleted or aggregated so that they can no longer be linked to a device. Purchase receipts are retained for as long as needed to honour and support the purchase and to meet accounting and tax obligations under Spanish law. Emails you send us are kept as long as needed to handle your enquiry.
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information, and we rely on the security of the platforms and providers listed above. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example when a Game adds or removes a third-party service. Changes are posted on this page with a new effective date, and the previous effective date is noted at the top so you can see when it last changed. If a change materially affects how your data is used, we will seek your consent again where the law requires it.
